Compensation & BenefitsHourly Pay:
$38.00 – $45.00 (based on experience)
Monthly Bonus:
Up to $600/month
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 (for full-time positions)
PTO:
25 days in your first year
Shift Differentials:
Higher pay for mobile, PRN, float, and evening shifts (8 PM – midnight)???? Prioritize patient experienceSupport clinical excellenceOffer growth, flexibility, and work-life balance???? Position SummaryAs a Radiologic Technologist, you’ll play a hybrid role combining clinical, technical, and administrative tasks to ensure exceptional care and operational flow.
You’ll:
Perform and analyze diagnostic x-raysAssist with front-desk and patient intake dutiesSupport providers with patient prep and testing Key ResponsibilitiesX-Ray ServicesPerform x-rays under provider supervision (newborn to elderly)Ensure correct positioning and patient protectionAssist patients in wheelchairs when neededPatient CareConduct vitals, medical history, and pre-visit screeningsPerform POC testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, ECG, HCG)Communicate with patients throughout their visitFront Desk & AdminRegister patients, verify insurance, and process co-paysSchedule appointments and handle referralsMaintain accurate records and answer phonesPerform opening/closing procedures, including cash handlingHelp maintain quality control logs and troubleshoot equipmentInventoryStock medical supplies in exam rooms and front deskTrack expiration dates and manage restocking????
QualificationsEducation:
High School Diploma (required)Graduate of accredited Radiologic Tech program (required)Certifications (Required at Time of Hire):
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)State Radiologic Technologist License (per state law)BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
Experience:
