• High School Diploma or G.E.D.equivalent is required.
• Must maintain required hours of continuedmedical education.

Required Certification & Licensure:

• Mustmaintain a Healthcare Provider certification (BLS).
• Must beregistered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology(ARRT) with the advanced registry in one of the following: 1.

Cardiac-lnterventional Radiography (CI). OR 2. Vascular-lnterventional Radiography (VI). OR 3.Cardiovascular-lnterventional Radiography (CV)

Notes:

• At leastyear of IR Neuro experience Required
• Phillips and Siemensequipment used.
• MergePass and Cerner EMR, Prior experience a plus
• Priority is IR, needing candidates versed in Neuro to accommodatethat patient need.
