Mammography Technologist NYMI Associates has been providing high quality, state of the art diagnostic imaging services for over forty years. Located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NYMI Associates is a community-based diagnostic radiology practice specializing in the widest range of imaging modalities using state of the art imaging equipment

Shift:

9-5 M-F Qualifications To qualify you must have a certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology New York State license to practice Diagnostic Radiology Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Advanced Certification in Mammography Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of technical activities associated with the performance of screening and diagnostic mammography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision while providing excellent patient care. The person in this position responds to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process with professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion.
