Responsibilities:

• Performs or assists Clinical Specialist in performing QA,regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives.
• Performs all job responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I.
• Demonstrates competency of specialty equipment (O.R., FluoroProcedures, etc.) and analyzes data promptly. Performselectrocardiograms and lab draw functions if applicable.
• Monitorsquality control activities and demonstrates advanced level ofknowledge in Diagnostic Imaging by providing patient care asdefined by the most up to day protocols and procedures. Assist withthe training of staff and student technologists
• Demonstrates theability to function independently, and is able to cover off shifts,on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellitefacilities, where applicable, while continually communicating withlead and management team.
• Participates in standardizationactivities with system-level workgroups.
• Works directly withRadiologists regarding protocol development.

Qualifications:

• Arecent graduate from ARRT approved school
• For a DiagnosticAdvance level role must have at least 2 years of Diagnosticexperience is required
• Must obtain MR registry within 18 monthsof hire
• CPR or BLS Required. CPR required based on AHA standardsthat include both a didactic and skills demonstration componentwithin 30 days of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) ORCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Act 31 Child Abuse Reportingwith renewal
• Act 33 with renewal
• Act 34 with renewal
• Act 73FBI Clearance with renewal
