Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of anaccredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as aRadiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of RadiologicTechnologists (ARRT) (R). Specialty ARRT certification(s) ifrequired for position. State licensure if required by law. BasicLife Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
• Registered RadiologicTechnologist
• BLS through the American Heart Association or theAmerican Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with cardin-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good throughsixty days of hire. At UCHealth, We Improve Lives Picture yourselfon a dynamic team improving lives in the following way(s):

• X Ray Technologist:

• Reviewspatient history, initiates Radiographic images based on physicianorder and prioritizes procedural patient education to ensure mutualunderstanding and cooperation
• Safely administers contrast mediaor associated imaging medications while monitoring patientcondition
• Responds and reports changes in patient condition asappropriate
• implements techniques to yield clarity in image,quality control and equipment functionality based on establishedbest practices in Radiology (AART) We improve lives.
