Tier2 TravelComplianceRTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submissionwill not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler does not have anytime off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-startcompliance on time for the proposed start date. SSN is required tosubmit.

Local Rule:

MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates first.

Radius rule is 60 miles. Locals will be considered at localratePrevious perm staff(this includes PRN) must be separated fromthe MUSC system for 1 year before returning as a traveler.

SouthCarolina RN License:

MUSC will prioritize candidates that have SClicense in hand. We will still consider candidates with a pendinglicense at the time of submission please provide proof that theyhave applied for the license or confirm that they can complete theSC walk-through process. Traveler will not be cleared to report tothe facility until SC license is issued/active.

RTO GUIDELINE FORAUTO OFFERS

If a candidate is a clinical PASS, the account managercan auto offer a traveler that has 7 days or less of

NON-HOLIDAYRTO.

Any candidate that has 7 days and/or includes holidays willhave to be submitted to the facility for approval and can delay theprocessWe can only submit to one MUSC unit/campus at a time. If youdo submit to multiple job IDs, please mention in the submissionwhat their top choice is.
