D Pay Rate:

$2115.55 -$2318.10 Radiation Therapist needed asap 5 8 hour shifts, DaysMonday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm. Under generalsupervision, the Radiation Therapist performs radiotherapyprocedures as prescribed by a physician according to establishedstandards and practices. Provides patient care, treatment, andservices within the scope of their license, certification,registration, and/or assessed competencies. Practice will be inaccordance with laws and regulations and will adhere to establishedpolicies, procedures and practice guidelines. All travelers musthave a permanent address of 50 miles or more to qualify as atraveler.

Job Qualifications Education:

A minimum of associate’sdegree in radiography with a certification in radiation therapy isrequired. Bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy is preferred.

Graduate of a JRCERT approved school registered through theAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in RadiationTherapy.

Licensures/Certifications:

State of Ohio licensedradiation therapist; ARRT license; CPR certified.

Experience:

Aminimum of 1-2 years of radiation therapy experience is preferred.

Job-related Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication andpresentation skills; ability to problem-solve and facilitateresolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiplepriorities; ability to make independent decisions.
