Yes Responsible for performing a variety of standardizedradiographic and fluoroscopic examinations, equipment operation,and for maintaining related records. Job Duties

• Performsstandardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopicexaminations utilizing proper patient position, identification andexposure techniques.
• Knowledgeable in operation of all equipmentwithin modality.
• Sets up and adjusts immobilization and radiationprotective equipment and devices.
• Reviews and analyzes patientbody size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspectedpathology in performing examinations.
• Assists physician withvarious procedures.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and the needfor adjustments or repairs.
• Maintains related records andnotations.
• Assists in Quality Assurance/Quality Controlprocedures as required.
• Participates in the educational trainingof students.

Work is typically performed in a clinical environment.
