MRI Tech Job Description:

As a Travel MRI Tech, you’ll performhigh-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures to assistin the diagnosis and treatment of patients across a variety ofclinical settings. You’ll work alongside radiologists andhealthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and patientsafety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans followingphysician orders and imaging protocols
• Prepare and positionpatients for MRI exams, ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate MRIequipment and monitor imaging quality
• Administer contrast agentsas needed and monitor for adverse reactions
• Maintain clear,accurate patient records and scan documentation
• Ensure adherenceto MRI safety regulations, including screening forcontraindications

Requirements:

• ARRT certification in MRI (MR)required
• Active state license or eligibility, as applicable
• BLScertification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience ina clinical or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge ofcross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety procedures
