$62.24/hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and licensed Radiology Technician (X-ray Tech) to join our onsite diagnostic imaging team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be proficient in producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray exams for inpatients (IP), emergency room (ER), and operating room (OR) service lines. Prepare and organize exam rooms and equipment before and after procedures. Position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation. Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patient safety throughout the imaging process. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring correct scan sequences and image quality. Document procedures accurately and update patient records. Organize daily procedure schedules, prioritize emergency exams, and monitor supply levels. Perform administrative tasks including scheduling, answering technical inquiries, and offering pre-procedure guidance. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of radiographic equipment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician. High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an AMA-approved X-ray training program. Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography. Must hold a valid radiographer license in the state of Rhode Island. Proficiency in English required. Prior experience in travel radiology is a plus.
