REQUIREMENTS

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare experience and/or customer relations experience preferred.
• Requires experience assessing and solving customer problems by using excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Check for prior exams, when applicable.
• Question patient or patient’s family on past/present medical history when applicable and under the supervision of the technologist
• Prepare scan room for patient’s exams
• Direct patient into and out of the scan room.
• Guide patient off the table after scan is complete
• Escort patient out of department.
• Clean exam room after each patient.
• MRI scheduling preparation Contact patients for appointment reminders when needed
