Travel We are looking for a Mammography Technologist (Mammo Tech) for animmediate travel opening in Columbia, MO. The right Mammo Techshould have 1 year of experience. Read below for additionalrequirements. As a Mammo Tech, you will be responsible for the use of amammography unit and ensuring that images are accurate and passedon to physicians for medical interpretation. Tasks As a Mammo Tech, you should be prepared to perform the followingtasks: Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explainimaging procedures to patients providing reassurance and support asrequired Correctly interpret doctors’ written instructions Conduct mammography study and maintain production and quality ofmammograms by following established standards and procedures,determining necessary adjustments for optimum results Develop mammograms, observe mammogram results, retake mammograms asrequired, and forward completed studies to radiologist forinterpretation Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by followingand enforcing standards and procedures Maintain accurate patient records Understand and use the McKesson PACS system Requirements Must have 1 year of experience. Must have

BLS, ARRT

(M) NationalCertification with registration in mammography, and state-specificlicensing when required. Mammo Techs should be able to stand and walk for long periods oftime, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. MammoTechs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathologyand medical terminology. Requirements
