Location:
Columbia, SC Responsibilities Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort. Review patient medical history and physician requests to determine scanning protocols. Screen patients for contraindications such as metal implants or devices. Administer contrast agents according to guidelines and monitor patient reactions. Operate MRI equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images. Monitor and assess patient condition throughout the imaging process. Ensure accurate documentation and timely archiving of imaging data. Maintain MRI equipment and perform routine quality checks.
Qualifications Education & Certification:
Accredited radiologic technology graduate
ARRT MRI
certified with up-to-date CEUs State licensure as applicable CPR certified
Experience:
Open to entry-level candidates; 2+ years preferred
Key Skills:
