Position Summary:
We are looking for talented and passionate special imaging technologist to join our
UTMC MRI
department and help us fullfill our mission, “To serve through healing, education, and discovery.” The position is for a team player focused on excelence in safe patient care. We have 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends. As patient safety as our priority, you will have continuous educational opportunities as we serve our community with increased implants and specialty exams.
Position Qualification:
Associates degree (A.A.) from two year college or technical school.
Registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required, 6 months – 1 year experience preferred.
Knowledge of human anatomy especially in planar projections imaging and patient contraindications.
Must have or obtain MR certification within two (2) years of employment.
