Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to,experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at thetime of the offer. Responsibilities Perform computerizedtomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injuryaccording to protocols established by radiologists.

• Prepare andposition patients and select anatomic and technical parametersaccurately.
• Prepare and administer contrast media and/ormedications within the accepted scope of practice and applicablestate and federal regulations.
• Observe patient during procedureand report abnormal activity.
• Monitor protocols and recommendupdates or refinements as warranted.
• Follow radiation safetyprocedures and guidelines.

Requirements Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) ofhire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Associationor American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the followingrequired:
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiographycredentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomographycredentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulativeexperience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years ofapplicable cumulative job specific experience required.
