Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Workshop Attendants to assist with the setup, facilitation, and cleanup of our creative workshops for kids and adults. As a Workshop Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and participants have a fun and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up workshop materials, tables, and decorations before events. Greet participants and provide a friendly, welcoming environment. Guide attendees through activities, such as arts and crafts, painting, or other creative tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after the workshop. Monitor and assist participants to ensure they are comfortable and engaged. Provide support to the lead instructor as needed. Help distribute and collect supplies throughout the event. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after use.

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well with children and adults in a group setting. Very organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills. Previous experience in customer service, event assistance, or working with children is a plus. Ability to lift and carry workshop materials (up to 25 lbs). Drive to event locations and transport necessary workshop materials (must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation).

Schedule:

This is a part-time, event-based role. Hours will vary based on workshop schedules and client bookings.

Compensation:
