Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of engaging activities and events . Foster a sense of community and create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere . Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor activities to individual preferences. Manage a team of dedicated activity coordinators and support staff . Maintain an activities budget and ensure cost-effective program implementation. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in senior activities and implement innovative ideas . Ensure all activities comply with safety and regulatory standards .
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Gerontology, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in planning and leading activities for seniors. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity and enthusiasm for designing fun and engaging programs. Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
