Responsibilities:
Develop and implement fun, engaging, and therapeutic activities Encourage resident participation and socialization Coordinate special events, outings, and volunteer programs Work closely with staff to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs Ensure activities meet state and federal guidelines
Requirements:
Certification as an Activity Director (or willingness to obtain) Experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Creativity and enthusiasm for enhancing residents’ quality of life
