Summary We are seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team at Miami Learning Experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop activities that support our mission of individualized growth for all students. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating an enriching environment that encourages active learning. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of MLE Designs to include… 1. Ensure the safety of all students 2. Foster a positive, supportive & fun environment for the students and make them feel empowered and accomplished. Lots of positive reinforcement throughout their sessions. 3. Educate students on all aspects of the process of making the items (reinforce the procedures and language so when asked they can explain what they do). 4. Manage and coordinate with volunteers. 5. Maintain accurate records of orders, sales and inventory. 6. Monitor spending and budget with finance director. 7. Set up daily workstations for each student at their individual level of capability. 8. Clean up after each session and maintain overall studio clean & organized like you would any classroom. 9. Maintain inventory levels of all items needed to run the program. 10. Maintain all raw materials organized for easy access. 11. Maintain molds clean after daily use. 12. Unmold the previous day’s student work and clean up with deburring tool, apply bumpers, drill handles on trays. Pursue upscale local bazaar events for MLE Designs to participate in. Represent and develop relationships with community partnerships to coordinate MLE Design’s participation in local events. Continue to foster partnerships with our current list of bazaars we have participated in. Develop workshops/parties for parents & community to make their own resin creations. (similar to Painting with a Twist & Creative Cove, etc…) Requirements

• Has worked with special needs community
• Has creativity and a fondness to art & crafts
• Flexible work schedule (will including many weekends & evenings)
• Strong organizational skills
• Some experience with program management
• Some experience with business budgeting & planning (pricing, distribution, supply, inventory etc…)
• Self-starter, Leadership skills
