Join Our Team as a Memory Care Director Are you passionate about providing a safe and comfortable environment for memory care residents? Do you believe in a person-centric philosophy and a culture of caring? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated Memory Care Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in implementing and practicing our philosophy within the Memory Care Program. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating the overall program, and supervising, training, and coaching our memory care staff.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred One year of management in dementia care One year of supervisory and management experience Knowledge of all applicable government regulations Understanding of the physiology and psychology of older adults Excellent communication skills and compassion for older adults

Primary Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate a comprehensive and varied program of activities for Memory Care Residents Provide ongoing education and training to the Memory Care staff Partner with various departments to ensure excellent service delivery, safety, and resident engagement Establish a cooperative relationship with local Alzheimer’s Association chapters or other Alzheimer’s advisory organizations Manage the department budget and assist the Executive Director in completing the annual community budget This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents while fostering relationships with their families and the community.
