Move In Coordinator

Bay Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33756 The Oaks of Clearwater is growing and we need a responsible Move-In Coordinator. Please join our team as we grow. The Move-In coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new residents. Our location gives our resident a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waters of Clearwater.

health, vision, dental, PTO, and HSA Key responsibilities includes: Coordinating new residents, movers, and various departments to ensure a seamless move-in process. Plan and oversee the move, including scheduling, transportation of belongings, and ensuring the new space is properly furnished and equipped. Communication to maintain clear and consistent communications with residents and staff regarding move-in dates, timelines and any necessary steps. Verify that the new space is clean, ready for occupancy, and meets any specific resident requirements. Provide a welcoming and informative orientation for new residents, including information about the community, facilities, and available resources. Provide excellent customer service to residents and potential residents, building rapport and trust.
