Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs for residents, focusing on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess residents’ needs and create individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on wellness-related topics.
- Coordinate and lead group activities, exercise classes, and educational workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and Medicare regulations.
Skills:
