Job Description
Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist Northwest Children’s Home Lewiston, ID 83501 Hiring for PART TIME, up to 29 hours per week. We have flexibility with scheduling and the number of hours per week. The Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist (CBRS) works in the home of clients and in the community to teach interventions and practice skills in order to support a client’s ability to manage functional needs independently. Workload is based upon patient needs and treatment/intervention activities designed to meet those needs. As a subsidiary of the Northwest Children’s Home; Brighter Futures Clinic offers specific therapeutic services to address both mental and behavioral health issues. Brighter Futures clinic provides a variety of therapeutic services through clinically licensed counselors and/or social workers. Some therapeutic techniques used include individual, family and group psychotherapy. The clinic is trained to utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) techniques.
