Activities leader for Adult Day Care The Knolls Valhalla, NY A candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to: Engage new residents and determine their interests. Assist in running recreational programs to meet the interests of the residents. Enjoy being around/working with Older adults have patience and ability to cater to an array of residents’ abilities/needs be Self-Motivated, Organized, & Think creatively be a good planner have the Ability to work as part of a team, communicate professionally and effectively use Good Time Management skills and ability to prioritize tasks/multi task when necessary. be willing to work holidays and one weekend day. Art therapist, Creative talents a plus! This is a Full time position Monday through Friday weekends occasionally possible 2 weeks vacation 4 personal 8 paid Holidays per year, paid sick time Company sponsored Health Dental & Vision benefits
