Life Enrichment Coordinator Needed at Asbury Heights! Are you passionate about enriching the lives of seniors through meaningful activities and programs? Asbury Heights, a welcoming senior living community, seeks a creative and enthusiastic Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team! In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents by developing and implementing a comprehensive life enrichment program.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a diverse life enrichment program that caters to residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including activities staff, volunteers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Identify resident interests and needs through assessments and ongoing interaction to create personalized activity plans. Source and implement engaging activities, including social events, educational workshops, fitness programs, creative pursuits, and spiritual gatherings. Oversee the activities staff and volunteers, providing training, mentorship, and support. Track resident participation and program outcomes, making adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in senior enrichment programs. Foster a culture of lifelong learning, creativity, and social interaction within the community.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Recreation Administration, Health Promotion, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience working in senior living or a related field, with a focus on activities and program development. Proven ability to develop and manage a comprehensive life enrichment program. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for creating engaging experiences for seniors. Strong commitment to resident-centered care and a collaborative approach. Why Asbury Heights?
