Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but not limited to, the following: Plan activities by assisting the Life Enrichment Director Encourage residents to participate in activities Welcome and assist new residents and their families; orient residents to community lifestyle. Develop a working knowledge of applicable regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes. Communicate activities and events to the community Assist in set-up/clean-up for special events and parties
Required:
Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Hospitality or related field. At least 2 years of experience in leading group activities in a Senior Living community, professional event planning and/or educational/church event planning. Possess a varied background of skills/talents/interests: performing arts, arts & crafts, fitness/wellness, music, creative writing etc. Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
