Job Description
We have an immediate need for a full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience with the senior population, preferably in a long-term care and/or healthcare setting Valid Driver’s License and Safe Driving Record Assist with implementing an annual calendar of activities for the residents that will allow provide opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy recreational activities each day This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by planning and implementing engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being Develop and implement a diverse range of activities tailored to the interests and abilities of residents Assist residents in participating in activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote engagement and participation Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments based on resident feedback and needs Organize special events, outings, and community engagement opportunities that foster social connections Competitive Pay Dental insurance Health insurance Vacation Pay
- 2 weeks the first year Sick Pay
- 5 days Vision insurance 8 hour shift 10am
- 6pm shift Tuesday
- Saturday Associates or better.
