TravelThe RN position is responsible forgeneral supervision and coordination of the activities of nursingpersonnel on days, evening, nights, and on weekends and holidays,in order to ensure quality and continuity of patient care; acceptsand supports the philosophy, purpose and objectives of BaptistHealth and the Department of Nursing. PositionQualificationsPosition requires successful passage of RNexamination, a current AL nursing license and 1 year of experiencein area applied for. Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
Additional specialty certification for assigned unit as applicable(PALS, ACLS, BLS and NIHSS.). Ability to observe, assesses, andrecord work, safety and infection control standards. Ability towork both independently and in a team environment. Ability tofoster a cooperative work environment. Ability to communicateeffectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to resolvecustomer complaints and concerns.
