- Applicants should have a current state RN license.
Additionalrequirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification
ACLS/PALS
is required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
- What you will do Performs plan of care intervention, including medicationadministration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as wellas other medical care treatment.
Documents patient care given. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition asappropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performing activities of daily living,including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, andambulation. Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patientcare, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, andspiritual/psychosocial support needs. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and providespatient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition,and circumstances. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-beingof the patient. About our Health System
