- -Surgical Services at North AlabamaMedical Center consists of 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6private Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same day surgery rooms.
Our surgical team consists of specially trained surgeons,anesthesiologists, nurses, surgical technologists, certified nurseanesthetists and other highly trained professionals. We strive toprovide outstanding and compassionate care and service from pre-opto discharge.

- Applicants should have a current state RN license.
Additionalrequirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days ofhire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
- What you will do Will be responsible and accountable for providing andcoordinating patient care.
- Identifies and addresses patient’s needs and priorities throughassessment, planning and collaboration with other health careproviders.
- Will execute physician orders and supervise the implementationof nursing interventions.
- Will advocate for the patient representing the patient’sinterests when illness prevents an individual from being physicallyor emotionally able to express their own feelings or thoughts.
- Will be responsible to care through the outcomes of clinicalresults, patient satisfaction and acceptable cost.
