WoodlandsKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care inaccordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols ofthe healthcare organization.
Perform comprehensive patientassessments and develop individualized plans of care.
Administermedications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients forresponse.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitateintegrated patient care.
Educate patients and their families onhealth maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate andup-to-date patient documentation.
Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and othernursing staff, providing guidance andmentorship.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Alabama.
Bachelor ofScience in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an associate degree innursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specifiedtimeframe.
Clinical experience in a hospital or acute caresetting.
BLS/ACLS
certification.
Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to nursingcare.
Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
