• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient carethrough the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention,and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination withpatients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition withPhysicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers asappropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning process.

Qualifications Minimum Education Associate’s degree required

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS)must be BLS certifiedwithin 30 days from hire date. Required Skills License to practiceas a Registered Nurse in the State of AL
