- Long-term care (LTC) preferred or desired to workwith LTC patients Department/Unit Summary Join our team in a 90-bedSkilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit, with 20 Rehab beds and 70LTC beds.
Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides. Operating with a patientratio of 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights, our unit caresfor patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes,ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and Heart Disease. This roleoffers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportiveenvironment focused on providing quality care and support toindividuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.
