Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a currentstate RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accreditedprogram.
Additional requirements include:
• Basic Life Supportcertification is required within 30 days of hire. • Long-term care(LTC) preferred or desired to work with LTC patientsDepartment/Unit Summary Join our team in a 90-bed Skilled Nursing ℜhabilitation Unit, with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffedwith Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs),and Medication Aides. Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days,1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights, our unit cares for patients withCongestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, RenalFailure, Dementia, Stroke, and Heart Disease. This role offers anopportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environmentfocused on providing quality care and support to individualsrequiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.
