Position Summary Responsible for the safe and effective nursing care in a single or multiple OR unit, being in charge of education, maintenance, care and activity of specialty services. Directs and assists in carrying out safe aseptic techniques and procedures as adopted by the Department Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in inpatient settings. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Assist in case management to ensure continuity of care for patients. Implement pain management protocols to enhance patient comfort. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Alabama. Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing best practices. Experience in case management or hospital medicine preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education Requires current nursing license from the Alabama Board of Nursing. Must complete hospital based
