Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ conditions regularly and develop personalized care plans tailored to their medical needs. Administer medications, monitor vital signs closely, and adjust treatments according to patient responses under physician guidance. Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track patient progress effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management and smooth transitions of care.
