Nights Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med-Surg and Telemetry units. Monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and provide necessary interventions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assess patient conditions, update medical records, and communicate with patients and families effectively. Ensure all necessary equipment is functioning properly and that patient care is provided according to hospital policies and standards. Perform emergency interventions as needed and participate in emergency response activities.
Qualifications :
Experience :
At least 1 year of experience working in Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing.
Licensure :
Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama or compact state.
Certifications :
