Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have acurrent state RN license.

BasicLife Support certification
ACLS/PALS
is required within six monthsof hire. One year of experience preferred What you will do Performsplan of care intervention, including medication administration,specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medicalcare treatment. Documents patient care given. Monitors, records,and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team,physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with performingactivities of daily living, including personal hygiene,elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborates as neededacross disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patienttransfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial supportneeds. Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family andprovides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture,condition, and circumstances. Works as an advocate for the physicaland emotional well-being of the patient.
