The role requires a graduate of a nursing school with at least 1 year of acute hospital care experience. ACLS/PALS certification within 6 months of hire and BLS certification within 90 days is required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing and CNOR or SGRN certification are preferred qualifications.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient/family centered care in the Endoscopy unit for all patient populations. Provides safe, therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. Incorporates differences into the provision of care. Integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum to include patient and family education. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Graduate of a school of nursing Minimum Experience 1-year acute hospital care Required Registration/License/Certification
