Our Nurse Residency is a 12-month program designed to help new RNgraduates transition into clinical practice with confidence andcompetence. Combining the gold standard of evidence-based training,mentorship, and hands-on experience, the residency developsclinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership. Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess anassociate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN) from an accredited nursing school.

Additional requirementsinclude:

Less than one year of nursing experience Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days ofhire ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire
