Staff Development RN Madison Manor Nursing Home 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 3891 Sullivan Street, Madison, AL 35758 We are currently seeking interested RN’s with LTC Staff Development experience within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. This position requires dedication to a job well done, dependability, flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude is a must. Must enjoy working with our residents and families. Qualifications:
Current Alabama RN License with long-term care experience. Monday through Friday; Job requires some time spent on all shifts, and taking call. Works closely with Director of Nursing and with Nursing Department Heads, particularly Quality Assurance to achieve expected outcomes. Positive attitude toward the elderly Essential Job Functions To direct in-service educational programs and new hire orientation following current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility, and as may be controlled by the Administrator. Ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained. Providing nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance Planning and implementing orientation and mentoring programs for all nursing employees Maintain the nurses’ and CNA’s schedules Monday through Friday with rotating call and work one weekend monthly
