Our Hospice RN CaseManagers plan, organize, and direct hospice care utilizing thenursing process of assessment planning, interventions,implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact withpatients, caregivers, families, and other interdisciplinary teammembers whiles maintaining standards of professional nursing andclinical competency. Qualifications:

Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse. Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medicalsurgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus! Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs,including background in EMR. Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required bystate.$74,000 – $78,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay rangelisted represents a general guideline for the role and is not aguarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined basedon the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specificresponsibilities of the position.
