Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Proven experience in a medical/surgical nursing environment preferred. Strong skills in patient assessment and emergency medicine. Ability to perform venipuncture and administer injections safely. Knowledge of infection control practices and catheter care procedures. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
