Position Summary:
The ED RN will provide direct and indirect patient care utilizingthe nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, andevaluation. This position will meet the physical, psychosocial,religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family and willcommunicate effectively with all members of the health care team asappropriate about changes in the patient’s condition or response totreatment.

Minimum Requirements:
Required Education:
Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Required License:
Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compactstate)
Required Certification:
BLS required ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
Other:
1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred
