Position Summary:

The Endoscopy RN will provide direct and indirect patient careutilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning,implementation, and evaluation. This position will meet thephysical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patientand family and will communicate effectively with all members of thehealth care team as appropriate about changes in the patient’scondition or response to treatment.

Qualifications:
Required Education:

Associate degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Required License:

Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compactstate)

Required Certification:

BLS required ACLS is required within 6 months of hire

Other:

1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred
