QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to certification as a Registered Nurse and a minimum of one year’s professional nursing experience preferably in a public health program; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Possession of a license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse issued by the State of Alabama; must be willing to furnish own automobile and possess a valid Alabama Driver’s License. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs. Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as required. Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
