Job Summaryand Qualifications Clinical Nurse Coordinator Under the general supervision of the units director, the CNCassumes responsibility for the direction and coordination of allfunctions in the unit on his/her designated shifts. Incollaboration with other members of the management team, thisindividual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the qualityof patient care services provided in unit. What you will do in this role: You will assess, monitor, record, report, and follow through onsymptoms or changes in patient’s conditions. You will create and maintain accurate, detailed reports andrecords. You will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members toassess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care, asindicated by the patients responses and conditions. You will delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and safe butretain accountability for patient care. You will provide individualized education for the patient,family, and or caregiver throughout the continuum of care. You will adhere to standards of safety and infection control,in the delivery of patient care.

What qualifications you will need:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board ofNursing from a compact state. BLS from the American Heart Association Minimum 6 months experience in the emergency roomTriStarCentennial Medical Center is a 740+ bed comprehensive facility. Weoffer medical and surgical programs. These include behavioralhealth and 24-hour emergency. These also include heart and vascularand imaging.
