You’ll gain hands-on experiencemanaging the full spectrum of office operations while workingtoward advancement to the role of Director.

Oversee day-to-day office functions and drive client serviceexcellence, employee engagement, and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and programsthat support office growth and quality care.

Qualifications:

RN License in the state of Tennessee with a four-year collegedegree. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in thehome health industry. Proven ability to organize, manage, and grow an office teamwith a focus on quality care. Background in marketing and recruiting is highlydesirable.
