TravelThe RN position is responsible for general supervision andcoordination of the activities of nursing personnel on days,evening, nights, and on weekends and holidays, in order to ensurequality and continuity of patient care; accepts and supports thephilosophy, purpose and objectives of Baptist Health and theDepartment of Nursing. Position Qualifications Position requiressuccessful passage of RN examination, a current AL nursing licenseand 1 year of experience in area applied for. Bachelors Degree inNursing preferred. Additional specialty certification for assignedunit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS and NIHSS.). Ability toobserve, assesses, and record work, safety and infection controlstandards. Ability to work both independently and in a teamenvironment. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
