Travel The RN position is responsible for general supervision andcoordination of the activities of nursing personnel on days,evening, nights, and on weekends and holidays, in order to ensurequality and continuity of patient care; accepts and supports thephilosophy, purpose and objectives of Baptist Health and theDepartment of Nursing. Position Qualifications Position requires successful passage of RN examination, a currentAL nursing license and 1 year of experience in area applied for.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred. Additional specialtycertification for assigned unit as applicable (PALS, ACLS, BLS andNIHSS.). Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety andinfection control standards. Ability to work both independently andin a team environment. Ability to foster a cooperative workenvironment. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and inwriting. Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
